Founder
Precious Andin Impeccable in 2023 with a vision to transform emotional intelligence training for African youth. With over 10 years of experience in personal development coaching, he has designed our core curriculum and leads the strategic direction of the organization.
Prior to Get Impeccable, John worked as a corporate trainer for multinational companies across Africa, specializing in leadership development and emotional intelligence. He holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Nairobi.

Jane oversees all program development and implementation at Get Impeccable. With a background in educational psychology and curriculum design, she ensures our programs deliver maximum impact to participants.
Before joining Get Impeccable, Jane worked with several NGOs focused on youth development across East Africa. She holds a PhD in Educational Psychology from Makerere University.

Mike manages all financial operations and strategy for Get Impeccable. With a CPA certification and experience in both corporate and nonprofit finance, he ensures our resources are optimally allocated for maximum impact.
Prior to joining Get Impeccable, Mike worked as a financial consultant for several African startups and nonprofits. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Cape Town.
